UNPACK YOUR ORDER AND GET CREATING!
We truly appreciate your trust in us to fulfill your art glass product order. Your satisfaction is our primary concern and we hope that you enjoy the merchandise enclosed. Please open all boxes and remove all items. Check off each item in the box against the invoice. If merchandise appears to be missing, carefully look through all of the packing material as it is easy for the small items to "disappear" in the paper or pellet packing. You may find small items taped to or placed inside another product box for protection during shipping.
Please check to make sure that all boxes in your shipment have been delivered. If there was more than one box in your order, we will note that on the box top with the indication 1 of 2. Allow an extra business day for all boxes in a multiple order to arrive. We may be shipping part of your order from one of our partner suppliers. We will note this on your invoice. If you still feel that items are missing, please call us so that we can arrange to track or ship the missing item.
Always check each box for obvious damage. We make sure that all merchandise leaving our warehouse is packed in good condition, however damage can occur during shipping. Glass Crafters is not liable for damage that occurs during shipping, however we will work with you to correct the problem! If you have damage, please contact us immediately so that we can begin a damage claim with the shipper. We will work with the shipper to inspect the package and contents. In some rare cases, they may choose to pick-up, examine and return the package and contents to us.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a refund, credit, or exchange of goods. Please call for a Return Authorization in order to expedite your return. Returns must include of copy of your invoice with your instructions for an exchange or credit. All merchandise must be in new, resalable condition with original boxes instructions sheets, etc. Return credit cannot be given for items with missing parts and/or packaging.
If a product arrives defective, please call us immediately. We will assist you in getting replacement merchandise right away. For merchandise that has been used, repair or replacement is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please see the reverse side for
PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION. Please note that once a tool has been used, any replacement or repair becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase. Should a product fail while under warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. The following customer service numbers are provided for your convenience. Glass Crafters is not authorized to perform repairs on any merchandise.
You will receive prompt and courteous attention from these manufacturers. If they are unable to resolve your problem, please call us. If you are interested in a product that you can't find on our website, please call us at 941.379.8333. We will try our best to find a source for the product and let you know our findings!
